September 2020 Open Consultation

Staverton Neighbourhood Plan is taking shape and the steering group thought that this is a good time to share the progress with you and also gain feedback of your views and ideas.

I guess the main things that people are interested in at the moment are the site assessment and ideas for the allocation of 40 dwellings in the Parish. Here you will find the assessments of each site and some initial ideas towards allocation.

The steering group are very keen that the plan is not just about planning and housing but also about the things that make Staverton a good place to live.

In the draft plan you will see the range of themes that the plan covers. Key to all these themes is the climate change emergency and energy efficiency.

All is very much a work in progress and not the finished article.
