Staverton NP Submitted - February 2024
Following Reg 16 Consultation, our NP underwent independent examination. After receiving the Examiners Report (available to read in February 2024 PC Meeting Papers), the NPSG were happy that the examiner's proposed modifications affected wording rather than meaning. Although disappointed that the only business site in the Plan had to be removed for the Plan to go ahead this time - the group did understand the logic behind the examiner's decision and noted that the site can be looked at again when the Plan is reviewed. The PC approved the examiners modifications proposed and the final Plan has now been submitted to South Hams Executive.
